Returns & Exchanges

At BASE24, we aim to provide you with the best quality products. If there is an issue with your order, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Exchange Eligibility

* Damaged or defective item.
* Wrong item, size, or color sent by BASE24.

Exchange Guidelines

*Contact us within 7 days with clear photos/videos of the issue.

*Item must be unused, unwashed and have original tags and packaging.

*All requests are reviewed case-by-case.

*Once approved, the replacement will be delivered within 7 working days after we receive the return item
